What new phone? (5 inch screen, unlock bootloader, AMOLED screen)

Looking for a new phone to replace my 2013 Moto X.

My requirements:
5 inch screen (or Nexus 5x size MAX)
Unlockable bootloader
AMOLED screen for Ambient Display.
