Last night I had to put my phone in ultra power saving mode and this morning it won't go back to normal mode. I did a factory reset using the home, vol up and home. I'm now stuck at the Verify your account. I added my Gmail( same account that was on the phone). I get a message saying "please sign in using one of the owner's accounts for this device." I then reset the password with a new one and still giving me that message that it's wrong email account. I'm able to login on the desktop no problem. The phone is unable to accept my email/pass. I called Sprint they are unable to help me. Any idea? :mad:
