Sprint removed my stock recovery and almost bricked me. Need a little help.

I got my phone from Sprint, and it came with a few problems. I went to them about it, they said it wasn't registered to my sprint account (complete bull) and after arguing with a supervisor, I got my phone sent in for maintenance. The original problem was that when I tried to send a text, it would send a text back saying "Your not allowed to send text messages...". When it came back, it was worse. The roaming indicator was turned off, and the stock recovery was tampered with and possibly removed. So I called, they said it wasn't their problem. Then I rooted it with Kingo, since drivers don't work with my computer either, so I have to use adb over wifi. I backed up the recovery, then tried flashing various recoveries, which i found none that worked. I can't flash the default ROM because my phone won't communicate with the drivers on my computer for whatever reason. I've brought out my old BlackBerry Bold 9900 and connected it with Net10 (which i plan to do with my flex because I'm done with sprint), but Its battery is getting old and its too much of a hassle carrying two phones around. If I could get some assistance with my issue, I will provide more information (data values, logs, etc).
