I have this annoying problem and I'll ll be glad if someone can help me.
I have the Korean Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N916S, Rooted android version 5.1.1
I live in the Philippine and I'm using local SIM Card. I can make out/in phone calls.
The problems are:
1. Many times I get the message "network not register" restart the phone fix the problem, sometime I need to restart the phone twice
2. when I switch on the phone I get warning message "Data mobile off/on"
3. Can't send SMS to UK
4. The Sim Tool Kit can run and I need to use some substitute app, which not work so well
After I dig deep the Internet I got to understand the problem came because the phone is Korean version and It will fix only by Change the CSC Code from 'KOR' to International version
no matter what I did I can't change it to any other CSC code, from the error messages I understand to change the CSC Code I should have Multi CSC firmware, which I don't have.
I will appreciate any help
