I have what looks like a slight variation on a theme reported by others....I often find that wifi has turned itself off (i.e. the wifi quick settings icon is greyed out). When I tap on the icon to turn it back on it flashes a couple of times, turns on, then turns off again after a couple of seconds. This can happen 10-12 times before it finally stays on.
