I've had a read through as many posts as possible to find an answer to this but I can't seem to find anything - whether I search or not - so I'm hoping someone will know what's happening and if there is a fix. If no fix exists, that's fine - it can easily be dealt with.
The issue I'm having is actually very simple to explain. Using the latest version of Dirty Unicorns on MM (10.5) I periodically get charging issues.
By that I mean the phone recognizes it's plugged in, it gives a notification it's plugged in and the charging indicator is visible on the status bar however no current is pulled. I have checked using ampere & also enabled the "show on lock screen" option (to indicate charging current) and ampere shows not charging whilst the lock screen notification doesn't show. - Please note this is only periodically. MOST of the time it's working absolutely fine across a whole bunch of cables and chargers.
What's interesting about this is a battery pull fixes it. What's even more interesting is I have no issues using any other ROM. Prior to posting this issue I flashed back to Fulmics 6.1, tried stock CM and an AOKP build for a few days each and none of them had this issue.
Anyone experienced this? I'm running the stock kernel that comes with DU, if that's of any relevance.
