My nexus 5x screen has 2 beaking points on the inside and it shows gray lines and 2 purple dots. The LCD is clearly broken. The outside is in perfect condition. I had it for 3 months now. The phone didnt fall or nothing like that, but the heat it produced was insane and then it just turned off. When I turned it on, the LCD was all messed up. It was on PN with elemental x but I don't think that caused the heat and stuff. I think it was a defective unit from the start, just took some time to get broken. I'm on a carrier network here in Croatia and bought the phone from them on rates.
My problem is, how do I prove to the guys at my carrier service that it was a defective unit so they don't blame this **** on me like they usually do? 0.o
