Can't install recovery or can't enter recovery, not sure

my D855 is on kitkat now, I'm rooted, I try to install to recovery, every tool I use report that twrp is successfully installed, but it seem I can't enter twrp using any way i found on the internet, when I enter recovery the phone just display black screen with fastboot text
