Yet another bricked P8 Max...help!

So, to begin, I recently switched back to Windows after years of Mac use so my skills with adb and cmd etc are not great. I got as far as installing supersu which kicked me into a bootloop. I have been back and forth between having access to twrp and then being kicked back into the standard huawei chinese language recovery. I am currently trying to use the force update option with an official rom however can anyone guide me to the best options? I am scared I have now bricked myself completely. :(

Any help is GREATLY appreciated. And to clarify, my bootloader has been unlocked!
