I have Note 5 running Marshmallow 6.0.1 with a stock rom.
My problem is that from time to time now I get this error message "There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem!" all of the sudden, I've had this problem about 4 times, I flash the latest SU zip and the problem is solved.
My question is why does this happen?
I can confirm that I did NOTHING to provoke this problem. I only have Xposed, Greenify and Titanium Backup.
This happened on 2 different stock ROMs
Also, I added SuperSu to the white list in DOZE mode.
What would cause this so I can avoid this problem in the future.
