Not Charging and Usb detection when mobile is switched ON

Hi friends..
I am using Micromax Unite 2 A106 (8gb).. MT6582

In my mobile only charging when mobile is switched off.

When mobile switched ON not charging and not usb connect to pc.

I flashed stock rom using sp flash tool..

Thereafter also the same problem..

After I found one solution on the Google , that is settings on ..,Engineering mode-Hardware Testing-USB/UART ..... switch from USB to UART ...
Thereafter Charging the mobile ...but no usb connection to pc..

I don't know this is software or hardware problem?

I got confused:confused:
