Hi I recently got a second hand Mate 7 32GB (TL10) running on marshmallow (build 561). Love the phone and all but noticing that the fingerprint sensor is very spotty.
When fhe phone has been idling for a bit, a tap of a registered finger only wakes the phone maybe half the time, and the other half of the time the phone doesn't even seem to realize that a finger has been placed there.
I have tried reregistering my fingerprints but I notice that sometimes I will get repeated notifications to keep my finger still despite not having moved my finger. I've also cleaned the sensor but to no avail.. Does anyone have any suggestions of what may be wrong or what fixes there may be?
